This is a space on our website where students can read some of our content, written and edited by our own student volunteers. Each entry is related to the student experience, documenting the struggles our own volunteers have faced as students, as well as their successes and even some tips for getting through student life when it all feels a bit tough. Sadly, due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, we will have to close our service earlier than we had hoped. On the basis of advice given by counsellors from our affiliated colleges, and a lack of resources to continue opening consistently, we have decided that Friday will be the last night of taking calls this term.
We will be continuing to support our callers through our social media on Facebook and Instagram. Keep an eye out for webinars, blogs, self-care tips, and signposting to other services. This is, of course, not the service we hoped to run, but we hope that we can make our social media a refuge of calm and positivity for our students in these challenging times.
COVID-19 Service Update (Phones Unavailable)

Due to recent developments with COVID-19, for the concern of the health of our volunteers we will no longer be accepting phonecalls and will only be operating our instant messaging service based on our website for the foreseeable future. We are currently operating our usual opening hours of 9pm to 2:30am each night. Please keep an eye out for further updates on our facebook page and website.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but we are trying our best to keep our service running as smoothly as possible in this difficult time. Thank you!
